RECLAMATION: A 4 month Journey to RECLAIM YOUR INNER POWER

A 4 month program for YOU to show up powerfully in all areas of your life, through your authentic expression. The journey includes an in-person 3 day retreat, as well as 4 months of online immersion group coaching and healing.

Through this program you will…

• Realize that self responsibility is the path to your inner power.
• Learn how to feel safe in your body, regardless of what challenges or emotions arise.
• Reclaim your power from all the places you are giving it away.
• Learn to communicate powerfully, even when having uncomfortable conversations.

• Heal through the deepest levels of self love, compassion and stop judging or criticizing yourself.

Introducing Angela Louise…

I am a heart centered and deeply compassionate trauma informed facilitator and leader. I have been working in the field of coaching and healing for the past 8 years. I truly believe that we have the power to  liberate ourselves from suffering. Annnnnd the power to create this freedom is discovered “within”.

For many years I sought answers outside of myself, constantly trying to fix or change myself only to realize the most important step to healing or reclaiming my power was actually through accepting and loving myself.

I have studied a vast range of modalities which have provided me with the knowledge, processes and insights to support others on their journey of growth and evolution.. I walk this path with the deepest integrity and diligence for this sacred work.

I am known in this field for my highly intuitive nature and ability to know exactly where to lead you on your journey to support you to create the shifts you desire. I have worked in the space of Women’s circles for the past 7 years as both a participant and facilitator. I understand the importance and potency of women coming together in a sacred space to heal. If you feel uncomfortable about the idea of being in a compassionate, loving, accepting and nurturing space with other women or you fear the vulnerability of being seen or heard - THIS experience will be LIFE CHANGING!

My journey wasn’t an easy one… as a child I endured a lot of conflict, I was always seeking other people’s love yet finding myself feeling rejected, bullied and ridiculed. This pattern of rejection and abuse continued into my intimate relationships. I was sexually abused in my early teens. And having my sexual pleasure and innocense taken from me was the ultimate “loss of power”. I continued to battle with my inability to “speak up, say no and express myself authentically’ for years!

I really am someone who GETS IT… the emotional overwhelm, the constant numbing out because you don’t feel safe in your body, the self- sacrificing and struggle to put yourself first… it all comes from deeeeeep down seeking our needs to be met outside of ourselves.

I am incredibly passionate about this work and sharing it with other women. I have created this program and container for women to come home to themselves! TO REMEMBER WHO THEY ARE, SPEAK THEIR TRUTH AND RECLAIM THEIR POWER!
